Community Support
ProcessMaker Open Source is a project supported by the open source community. There are two main ways to receive free support:
- WIKI: The ProcessMaker Wiki (which you are now visiting) includes user guides, development information, and other product documentation and resources to help you get rolling. Our Wiki is a work in progress, so feel free to log in to add and edit content.
- FORUMS: If the Wiki doesn't have what you're looking for, visit our forums to ask questions, make comments, and join discussions on ProcessMaker topics.

Support Hours
Colosa support hours are Monday through Friday 9am EST - 5pm EST.
Support will not be offered on these following dates in the year 2010*:
- January 1
- April 2
- June 3
- July 16
- August 6
- November 2
*) For emergency support on these dates, Bronze and Silver Support customers may send an email to support@colosa.com and we will contact you. For Gold Support customers, the phone support line will still be available for emergencies.
