ProcessMaker does not include in its installer international unicode (UTF-8) fonts for languages such Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, etc, because it would increase the size of the ProcessMaker installer by more than 22MB. Normally this will not create problems except when creating output documents in PDF format.

If PDFs are needed in these languages, download the font file at:

http://wiki.processmaker.com/Files/arialuni.ttf

Then in the machine where ProcessMaker is installed, copy the file arialuni.ttf to the directory:

/gulliver/thirdparty/html2ps_pdf/fonts/

In Windows it will generally be found at:

C:\Program Files\ProcessMaker\apps\processmaker\htdocs\gulliver\thirdparty\html2ps_pdf\fonts\

In Linux or UNIX, it will generally be found at:

/opt/processmaker/gulliver/thirdparty/html2ps_pdf/fonts

Make sure that the font file is world readable.
