Browser Support Policy
We support the current and previous major releases of Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we begin testing and then supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version.

Web Entry, Actions by Email, and Direct Link functions are designed for web-responsive rendering. Other aspects of ProcessMaker Mobile viewing are not web responsive. Use the desktop application to view core ProcessMaker functions for your best user experience. ProcessMaker offers an app for Android and iOS to access ProcessMaker 3.8.x on mobile devices.
