- If the Pentaho server has a folder with the same name as the workspace where a new connection is required, this folder must be deleted, otherwise the plugin can’t upload files of the default reports.
- When the Pentaho server connection is created for the first time or the option "Rebuild" inside the plugin is used and you access the Pentaho server to see if the folder was created successfully, you must delete the cache of Pentaho to have new folder displayed immediately. But if you do not do that after a while, Pentaho automatically updates its cache and the folder will be displayed.
- When the plugin creates a new Pentaho connection, it uses the server domain, if this domain is not configured (it is not possible to access it or it doesn’t exist) on the network where the server is located, the connection created won’t work and it will be required to login to Pentaho in order to modify the connection, to use the IP instead of the domain that was detected.

Once the PHP version is changed, it is necessary not only to delete the connection and user from the administrator console in Pentaho, but also the folder which is created in the Pentaho console, since updated files are not overwritten.
