General Considerations
- If using ProcessMaker on public computers used by many people, it is recommended to always click on Logout to terminate login sessions. However, users may forget to click on Logout, so it is also recommended to shorten the session time to lessen the risk that a subsequent user of the computer can enter the user's ProcessMaker account with an old session.
Managing Cases
- Once a case has been canceled, there is no way to uncancel it in the ProcessMaker interface; however, it is possible to uncancel a case with the PMFUnCancelCase() function.
- It is not possible to work on two or more tabs at the same time when working in a case. ProcessMaker does not update the information entered or modified in another tab so information may be lost.
